Stir up meal excitement tonight with our easy Chicken Broccoli
Stir-fry--a
skillet full of flavor from Campbell's Cream of Broccoli Soup.

Campbell's Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

3 cups cut-up vegetables*
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can Campbell's Cream of Broccoli or 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli
Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice

SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add
vegetables and
stir-fry until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables. Remove skillet from
heat.
SPRAY skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and stir-fry until
browned.
Remove chicken.
ADD soup, water and soy. Heat to a boil. Return vegetables and chicken
and heat
through. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
*Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, sliced carrots and green or
red
pepper strips.

Soup

Broccoli
Carrots
Green or red pepper

Kitchen Clip:

Prepare rice while cooking the stir-fry mixture. For no-fuss
preparation, cook
rice in the microwave. Or for faster results, use instant rice. No
matter how
you prepare it, though, remember that you'll get great taste by cooking
rice in
Swanson Chicken Broth!
