Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

1 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 lb. fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Hot cooked rice
Paprika

  HEAT butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and
cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 min. or until done.
  ADD soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1 lb. fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
Butter or margarine
Rice
Celery
Green pepper
Green onion
Cayenne pepper
Paprika

Kitchen Clip:
To shell and devein shrimp, cut along the back of the shrimp shell and
peel shell off. Carefully lift out the vein running down the back of the
shrimp.
