quick-bake casserole in the spirit of
traditional Shepherd's Pie but with a new taste for today.

Campbell's Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower,
carrots), thawed
3 cups hot mashed potatoes

COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
MIX beef, 1/2 can soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in 2-qt. shallow
baking dish.
STIR remaining soup into potatoes and spoon over beef mixture.
BAKE at 400 degrees F. for 20 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
