Food for Thought:

Home is the wallpaper above the bed, the family dinner table, the church
bells in the morning, the bruised
shins of the playground, the small fears that come with dusk, the
streets and squares and monuments and
shops that constitute one's first universe. (Henry Anatole Grunwald)

Recipe of the Day:

The sweet comes from sugar and pineapple, the sour comes from vinegar,
and the delicious homemade taste
and cooking ease come from Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth.

Sweet and sour describes dishes, most often found in Chinese or German
cuisines, that have a flavor that
is at once sweet and tart. The sweetness comes traditionally from sugar
while the tartness comes from an
acidic ingredient such as lemon or vinegar.
