The hurry of the holiday season doesn't mean you have to sacrifice
homemade meals, especially with Campbell's(R) Soup to help. This
"souper" simple and savory skillet meal shows how easy it is!

Creamy Chicken & Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetable pasta blend

Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water and vegetable pasta blend. Heat to a boil. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Chicken is a true favorite at the American dinner table. The average
American eats over 80 pounds of chicken each year according to the
National Broiler Council. Over half the chicken purchased raw is
purchased as parts, and more than half the chicken ordered in
restaurants is fried.
