A seafood meal is a delicious "de-lite" and delightfully easy with this
20-minute recipe made with Campbell's(R) Cream of Shrimp Soup.

Seafood De-Lite
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 20 min.

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh sea scallops, cut into quarters
1/2 lb. frozen cooked large shrimp, thawed
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Shrimp Soup
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. pepper
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add broccoli, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic
and cook 3 min.
ADD scallops and shrimp and cook 3 min. Stir in soup, parsley and
pepper. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min. or until scallops are
done.
  SERVE over spaghetti. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Sea scallops, at about 1 1/2" in diameter, are larger than bay scallops
and are less expensive. By halving or quartering sea scallops you can
use them in recipes which call for bay scallops. Scallops are most
plentiful during the fall and winter.
