Bring homemade dinner goodness to you table in just a single skillet and
15 fast minutes. It's easy with Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken with
Herbs Soup!

15-Minute Chicken Vegetable Dinner & Rice
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 15 min.

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
1 1/2 cups water *
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute(R) White Rice
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Directions:
  SPRINKLE chicken with garlic.
  HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
  ADD soup, water and pepper. Heat to a boil.
  STIR in rice and vegetables. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low
heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
*For creamier rice, increase water to 1 2/3 cups.

Kitchen Clip:
If a broccoli, cauliflower, carrots vegetable combo is not your
favorite, try other unseasoned vegetable combinations or even plain
frozen green beans.
