Prep/Cook Time 15 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute(R) White Rice
Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
Shredded Cheddar cheese and lettuce
Tortilla chips
COOK beef and taco seasoning in skillet until browned, stirring often.
Pour off fat.
ADD soup, water and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat
5 min. or until done.
TOP with salsa, cheese and lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips for
dipping. Serves 4.

To easily shred lettuce for this recipe, cut a wedge from a lettuce
head. Hold the wedge firmly against a cutting surface and with a sharp,
long-bladed knife, cut into long 1/4" wide shreds.
