Prep/Cook Time: 10 min.

1 can Campbell's Cream of Asparagus Soup
4 hot baked potatoes, split
1 cup diced cooked ham
Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)

STIR soup in can until smooth.
PLACE hot potatoes on microwave-safe plate. Fluff potatoes with fork. Top with ham.
SPOON soup over potatoes. Top with cheese, if desired. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
TIP: To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 1 hr. or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min. or until fork-tender.

4 baking potatoes

Russet and Idaho potatoes are best choices for baking. To prepare potatoes, scrub well and blot with paper towels. Pierce with a fork in several places to let the steam out when baking or microwaving.
