Campbell's Autumn Pork Chops

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup apple juice or water
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp. honey
Generous dash pepper
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 5
min. or until done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.

4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
Medium egg noodles
Apple juice
Vegetable oil
Spicy brown mustard
