Recipe of the Day:

Campbell's Tomato Soup teams with ramen noodle soup and ground beef to
serve up a skillet full
of flavor and cooking ease.

Campbell's Beefy Noodle Skillet

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

2 pkg. (2.8 oz. each) beef flavor ramen noodle soup
3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water

HEAT 4 cups water in saucepan to a boil. Break up noodles and add. Cook
over medium heat 3 min.
or until done. Drain.
COOK beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD tomato soup, water, noodles and 1 ramen seasoning packet. (Reserve
remaining seasoning
packet for another use.) Heat through. Serves 4.

Shopping List:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 pkg. (2.8 oz. each) beef flavor ramen noodle soup
Medium onion
Garlic powder

Kitchen Clip:

When chopping the onion, use a large sharp knife and hold the onion
steady on a cutting board.
Cut the onion in half, from the top to the root. Place the cut sides
down and cut in narrow
slices from the top to the root. Hold the slices together and cut narrow
slices across them.
