Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup, ground beef, tomatoes and beans combine
for a savory taste of
the old Southwest in this easy skillet--ready to ring the dinner bell in
just 25 quick
minutes!

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
1 can (about 15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup uncooked Minute White Rice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
COOK beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
STIR in soup, water, tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook
over low heat 10 min.
Remove from heat.
STIR in rice. Cover and let stand 5 min. Top with cheese. Serve with
tortilla chips. Serves
