Salisbury Steak is simple to make with this easy recipe using Pepperidge
Farm Stuffing. It's sure
to become a new favorite with your family!

Pepperidge Farm Easy Salisbury Steak

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
1 jar (about 4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
4 cups hot mashed potatoes

MIX thoroughly beef, stuffing, onion and egg. Shape firmly into 4
patties, 1/2" thick.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add patties and cook until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD gravy and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5
min. or until done. Serve
with potatoes. Serves 4.
