Campbell's Easy Turkey & Biscuits

Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups cooked cut-up vegetables*
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10)
MIX soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and turkey in 3-qt. shallow
baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F. for 15 min. Stir
TOP with biscuits. Bake 15 min. or until biscuits are golden. Serves 5.
* Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and
carrots.

If you've used all your leftover turkey, try this recipe with cooked
chicken. For 2 cups
cubed cooked chicken, cook 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
(cubed) in 4 cups boiling
water in saucepan for 5 min. or until chicken is done.
