Recipe of the Day:
It's a Friday fiesta with our Chicken & Rice Wraps--quick and easy to
make with Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
and Pace Salsa.
Campbell's Fiesta Chicken & Rice Wraps
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Chicken Soup
1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup water
1 cup uncooked Minute White Rice
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 flour tortillas (10")
MIX soup, salsa and water in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice and chicken. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
SPOON about 1 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold
tortilla around filling. Serves 4.

For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, cook 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or
thighs (cubed) in 3 cups boiling water for 5 min. or until done. Use
immediately or refrigerate until needed.
