Campbell's Skillet Sweet & Tangy Chicken

Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil.
COVER and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
Serves 4.

To keep brown sugar moist, store it in an airtight container with 1 or 2
apple wedges. To soften brown sugar,
microwave it with an apple wedge in a tightly-covered microwave-safe
dish on HIGH for about 30 seconds.
