bake--a taste of the Far East with
home-cooked goodness.

Campbell's Asian Chicken & Rice Bake
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika

SPREAD rice in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.
MIX soup, water, soy, vinegar, honey and garlic. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
BAKE at 375°F. for 45 min. or until done. Serves 4.

1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
4 boneless chicken breast halves
Regular long-grain white rice
Honey
Soy Sauce
Cider vinegar
Garlic powder
Paprika

Kitchen Clip:

Before measuring honey, spray the measuring spoon or cup with vegetable
spray so the honey will slip out easily.
Store liquid honey at room temperature in an airtight container in a dry
place for up to 1 year.
