Skillet simplicity and Campbell's goodness team deliciously in this
one-dish dinner delight!
Campbell's Chicken and Rice Dinner
Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute White Rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low
heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.

You can reduce shrinkage in chicken breasts by removing the white
tendon. Cut down on fat and calories by
removing any fat on the breast. Be sure to always cook chicken
thoroughly, to a minimum of 170F, when the
thickest part on the chicken turns to white.
