Barbecuing is better than ever when Campbell's does the basting. Our
simple sauce made with Campbell's Tomato
with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Soup and Italian salad dressing proves it.

Campbell's Tomato Roasted Garlic Steak
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 can Campbell's Tomato with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Soup
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick

MIX soup and dressing.
GRILL or broil steak to desired doneness (allow 15 min. for medium),
turning once and brushing often with
sauce.
HEAT remaining sauce to a boil and serve with steak. Serves 6.

Shopping List:

1 can Campbell's Tomato with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Soup
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick
Italian salad dressing

Kitchen Clip:

For safety and cooking quality, the coals in your grill should be very
hot. For optimal heat, let coals heat
20-30 minutes or until they are gray. Never grill while the coals are
still flaming.
