idea, sumptuously blending flavors of
the Far East with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup.
Campbell's Thai Noodles & Chicken
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 box (16 oz.) vermicelli pasta
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. (6 oz.) cooked chicken strips, grilled or teriyaki flavor (1 1/2
cups)
2 cups prepared coleslaw mix
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
1/3 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
COOK pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain.
MIX soup, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red
pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil. Add
chicken and heat through. Remove from heat.
ADD drained pasta and coleslaw mix. Toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro
and peanuts. Serves 6.
