Kitchen Clip:

Remember to always handle raw poultry safely. Don't let raw or cooked
chicken sit at room temperature for more
than an hour. Make sure raw chicken or its juice does not come in
contact with other foods. Use a non-porous
cutting surface reserved exclusively for raw meats and poultry. And,
after working with chicken, always wash
cutting surfaces, utensils and hands thoroughly with hot water and
anti-bacterial soap.
