Recipe of the Day:
Tacos in 20...minutes, that is. It's easy when Campbell's does the
cooking! Our Fiesta Chili Beef Soup teams
with ground beef and onion for a fast, flavorful filling to crown with
your choice of toppings.
Campbell's Quick Tacos
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Fiesta Chili Beef Soup
1/4 cup water
10 taco shells
Shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream
COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup and water. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.
SPOON into taco shells. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
Makes 10 tacos.

Shredded Cheddar cheese
10 taco shells
Small onion
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
