The "flash" is not only how quickly these delicious Pace fajitas cook
up, but how quickly your family will
gobble them up!
Pace Fajitas in a Flash

Prep/Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups Pace Chunky Salsa*
8 flour tortillas (8?)
Fiesta Rice
*For a unique bold taste, try with Pace Chipotle, Grande Garlic or Lime
& Garlic Chunky Salsas.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken or beef and cook until done, stirring
often.
ADD salsa and heat through.
SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken or beef mixture down center of each
tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold
tortilla around filling. Serve with Fiesta Rice. Serves 4.
Fiesta Rice: Heat 1 can Campbells Condensed Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup water
and 1/2 cup Pace Chunky Salsa in
saucepan to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute White Rice. Cover and
remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Fluff with fork.

Kitchen Clip:
For easier handling, warm tortillas by stocking and wrapping in damp
microwave-safe paper towels. Microwave on
HIGH 15 seconds for 2 tortillas; add 15 seconds for every 2 additional
tortillas.
