Campbell's Chicken Broccoli Dijon

Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Broccoli Soup
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
HEAT 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Remove chicken.
HEAT remaining butter. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook until tender.
ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Add chicken. Cover and cook
over low heat 5 min. or until
done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.

Sliced mushrooms

clusters of tightly closed, deep, dark green flowerets. Refrigerate
broccoli, unwashed, in an airtight
plastic bag for up to 4 days.
