Recipe of the Day:

A burger beyond compare, thanks to a savory simmering in Campbell's
Cream of Mushroom Soup with a light touch
of herbs.

Campbell's Herb Burger
Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat
Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed or 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. dried chives or 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
6 slices cheddar cheese
6 whole wheat rolls, split

Shape beef into 6 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
COOK patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, water, basil and chives. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over
low heat 5 min. or until done.
TOP with cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve on rolls. Makes 6
sandwiches.

Sliced Cheddar cheese
Whole wheat rolls
Dried basil leaves or fresh basil
