Chicken in a luscious herb-flavored sauce with a touch of dijon--ready
in only 20 minutes! It's easy when
Campbell's does the cooking!

Campbell's Quick Herbed Chicken Dijon
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat
5 min. or until done. Serves 4.

Shopping List:

1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
4 boneless chicken breast halves
Milk
Vegetable oil
Dijon-style mustard

Kitchen Clip:

Look for chicken breasts that are plump in shape, lightly colored and
with firm looking meat. For less shrinkage,
remove the white tendon before cooking.
