Holiday turkey lives yet again in our Tetrazzini made ?Souper? quick and
easy with Campbell?s Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Campbell's Souper Chicken Tetrazzini
Prep/Cook Time: 45 minutes

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups hot, cooked very thin spaghetti

MIX soup, milk, onion, cheese and sour cream. Add chicken, zucchini and
spaghetti. Toss to coat. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
BAKE at 375°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Serve with additional cheese,
if desired. Serves 4.

VARIATION: Substitute cooked fresh angel hair pasta for spaghetti.
Garnish with sliced almonds.

Very thin spaghetti

Store sour cream in its carton in your refrigerator for up to 5 days
from the last date of sale on the carton. For a variation, try your own
choice of vegetables in this recipe, such as broccoli or green beans.
Remember to parboil choices such as these before adding, as they require
longer cooking time than zucchini.
