Recipe of the Day:
Two Campbell?s Soups create a delicious dish for leftover turkey. Try it
also with cooked chicken or ham!
Campbell?s Easy Turkey & Biscuits
Prep/Cook Time: 45 minutes
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups cooked cut-up vegetables*
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 package (7 1/2 or 10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10)
MIX soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and turkey in 3-qt. shallow
baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F. for 15 min.
STIR Top with biscuits. Bake 15 min. or until biscuits are golden.
Serves 5.
*Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and
carrots.

Cooked turkey
Milk
1 pkg. (7 1/2 or 10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
Cut-up vegetables (4 cups cooked)
Dried thyme leaves, crushed
Pepper

Crush dried herbs between your fingers. Crushing intensifies their
flavor. If your dried herbs are pushing their longevity limit, use a
little more to make up for their weak flavor.
