Recipe of the Day:

This Pepperidge Farm Stuffing recipe is a delicious variation on
traditional cornbread stuffing. Serve it as a side dish casserole or as
stuffing for your holiday turkey.

Campbell's Sausage Corn Bread Stuffing
Prep/Cook Time: 40 minutes

1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup cooked whole kernel corn
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing

COOK sausage in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
STIR in water, parsley, corn and cheese. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
Spoon into greased 1 1/2-qt. casserole.
COVER and bake at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot. Serves 6.

Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing

Shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Cooked whole kernel corn
Chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley flakes
