Homemade Chicken Dijon on a busy weekday? It?s easy when you cook with
Campbell?s!

Campbell's Chicken Dijon With Noodles
Prep/Cook Time: 35 minutes

2 tbsp. margarine or butter
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup apple juice or milk
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 cups hot cooked noodles

HEAT margarine in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove
chicken.
ADD onion and cook until tender.
ADD soup, apple juice, mustard and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return
chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve
with noodles. Serves 4.

Medium egg noodles
Dijon-style mustard
Medium onion
Chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley flakes

Kitchen Clip:

Never leave cooked chicken at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Either keep chicken hot or refrigerated if you do not plan to eat it
immediately. Leftovers may be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
