Kitchen Clip:
Beef sirloin steak is a versatile cut of meat that can be grilled,
broiled or pan-fried, and
eaten whole or sliced for salads and sandwiches. Or it may be cut in
strips, as in this recipe,
for stir-frying, or cubed for grilled or broiled kabobs.
