Recipe of the Day:
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup creates a saucy one-pan wonder as an
easy mid-week meal.
Campbell's Creamy Chicken Broccoli Noodles
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters (optional)
COOK noodles in saucepan according to package directions. Stir in
seasoning packets. Drain off
most of liquid.
ADD mushroom soup, milk, broccoli and chicken. Heat through. Stir in
tomatoes. Serves 4.

broccoli in a plastic bag
for up to 5 days. Boil, steam or microwave broccoli to pre-cook for this
recipe.
