There's nothing sheepish and everything delicious about this variation
on traditional Shepherd's pie. It takes
its flavor and cooking ease from Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with
Roasted Garlic Soup.

Campbell's Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake

Prep/Cook Time: 25 minutes

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower,
carrots), thawed
3 cups hot mashed potatoes

COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
MIX beef, 1/2 can soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in 2-qt. shallow
baking dish.
STIR remaining soup into potatoes and spoon over beef mixture.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
