Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth shows a delicious shortcut to a
classic Italian dish.
Campbell's Shortcut Risotto
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 soup can water
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
HEAT butter in saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender-crisp.
ADD rice and cook about 1 min., stirring. Stir in broth and water. Heat
to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 20 min. or until rice is done.
STIR in cheese. Serves 4.
