Campbell's Mushroom-Garlic Oven Baked Risotto
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
3 1/3 cups water
1 1/4 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
MIX soup, water, rice, almonds and thyme in 2-qt. casserole. Cover.
BAKE at 375°F. for 45 min. or until rice is done. Stir. (Risotto will
absorb liquid as it stands.)
Serves 4.
