These cookies aren't really cooked. They're just heated enough
to melt the chocolate and give them a glazed appearance.

Chocolate Coconut Drops

2 squares (2 oz, 56 g) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 15-oz (420 g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lb (225 g) flaked coconut
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped walnuts

Melt the chocolate over hot water. Stir in the rest of the ingredients
and drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheets. Place
in a preheated 350F (180C) oven and turn the heat off immediately.
Leave in the oven just until they have a glazed appearance.
Makes about 4 dozen.
