Here's another from Rosemary Zwick. Where does she get all of them?

While I was dining in the restaurant of a large hotel, I heard a loud
crash. A waitress had dropped a whole tray of coffee cups, plates, and
dishes. Suddenly, I felt a stinging pain in my hand. There was a small
cut from the scattered debris. I was immediately escorted to the hotel
doctor. "What happened?" he asked. "Attacked by a flying saucer," I replied.

Before you turn up your nose at the thought of a sardine sandwich, let
me remind you that sardines are high in those heart-friendly omega-3
fatty acids, and are among the foods that cardiologists and
nutritionists are urging us to eat more of. Now, don't you feel guilty for turning up your nose like that?

Sardine Sandwiches

1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1 Tbs (15 ml) plain yogurt or sour cream
1 Tbs (15 ml) white wine vinegar
1 Tbs (15 ml) chopped fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 3.75-oz (106 g) can sardines packed in mustard sauce
2 French, kaiser, or other rolls suitable for sandwiches, halved

Combine the onion, celery, yogurt, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper in a
small bowl and stir to combine. Divide the sardine between two halves of
the rolls, top with the onion mixture and the other halves of the rolls.
Serves 2.
