             TODAY'S RECIPE
__________________________________________________

This dish is quick and easy, and it tastes great. Serve it at your next
party, and have a few recipe cards already made up for the guests who
won't leave until you give them the recipe.

Black Bean Dip

1 can (15 oz/420 g) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbs (30 ml) lime or lemon juice
1 Tbs (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender or food processor and
process until almost smooth but still slightly chunky. Spoon into a
serving bowl and serve with pita bread or crackers.
Serves 4 to 6.
