TODAY'S RECIPE

Here's a Mexican-style popcorn seasoning that is sure to please. Adjust
the amount of cayenne pepper based on the preference of the recipient.
Mexican Popcorn Mix
1 packet (1 1/4 oz, 35 g) taco seasoning mix
1 tsp (5 ml) crushed dried oregano
1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
Combine the ingredients and spoon into a small jar. Attach a gift card
with the following instructions:
Melt 4 Tbs (60 ml) butter in a small saucepan. Drizzle over about 6 cups
(1.5 L) popped corn (made from about 1/4 cup (60 ml) unpopped corn) in a
large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the Mexican popcorn mix and
toss to coat well.
