Here's a good one from Rosemary Zwick:
One night a fellow drove his secretary home after she had imbibed a
little too much at an office reception. Although this was an innocent
gesture, he decided not to mention it to his wife, who tended to get
jealous easily.
The next night the man and his wife were driving to a restaurant.
Suddenly he looked down and spotted a high-heel shoe half hidden under
the passenger seat. Not wanting to be conspicuous, he waited until his
wife was looking out her window before he scooped up the shoe and tossed
it out of the car.
With a sigh of relief, he pulled into the restaurant parking lot. That's
when he noticed his wife squirming around in her seat. "Honey," she
asked, "have you seen my other shoe?"

TODAY'S RECIPE
__________________________________________________
This Asian-style marinade and sauce is also great on chicken and shrimp.
Garlic and Honey Pork Chops
2-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
2 Tbs (30 ml) soy sauce
2 Tbs (30 ml) dry sherry
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2-3 lbs (900-1350 g) thin cut (about 1/2 inch, 1.5 cm thick) center cut
pork chops
Combine the garlic, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry, salt, and
pepper in a sealable plastic bag or shallow pan and marinade the pork
chops for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill the pork chops over hot
coals just until cooked through (do not over cook), 3 to 4 minutes per
side. Meanwhile, bring the remaining marinade to a boil in a small pot
over moderate heat. Spoon the sauce over the cooked chops.
Serves 4 to 6.
