TODAY'S RECIPE

You will find that this dry rub is good on everything, but I think
it's especially good on beef. Rub it on everything from flank steak
and rib eyes to hamburgers.
Crushed Pepper Rub
1 Tbs (15 ml) whole black peppercorns, crushed
1 Tbs (15 ml) mustard seeds, crushed
1 Tbs (15 ml) paprika
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 ml) brown sugar
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Press into meat before
grilling. Makes about 1/4 cup (60 ml).
