Thanks to Stacie Wheeler for this one:

One Halloween a trick-or-treater came to my door dressed as "Rocky" in
boxing gloves and satin shorts. Soon after I gave him some goodies,
he returned for more. "Aren't you the same 'Rocky' who left my
doorstep several minutes ago?" I asked.

"Yes," he replied, "but now I'm the sequel. I'll be back three more
times tonight too."

The Smith House is a well known "family-style" restaurant in the
mountains of north Georgia, and these are among the fresh baked goods
offered there. To be perfectly honest, these aren't the best dinner
rolls in the world, but I'll wager they're the quickest and easiest to
make.

Smith House Quick Rolls

2 cups (500 ml) self-rising flour
1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise (do not substitute with
low-fat or fat-free)
1 - 1 1/2 cups (250-375 ml) milk

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth, adding
as much milk as necessary to make a dough. Divide into 12 rolls and
place in a greased muffin pan. Bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven
until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12 rolls.
