Here's a naughty food funny from "Stephen & his Rowdy Rascals in
Tennessee":
Getting married is like going to a good restaurant with your friends.
You order what you want, and then when you see what the others have
you wish you had that instead.

Serving warm spiced wine has been a holiday tradition in Europe for
centuries, and I think it's time the tradition spread elsewhere. Try
serving this with dessert, and don't be surprised of your guests ask
for seconds of both.
Mulled Wide
1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced, plus additional slices for garnish
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick, or 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cinnamon
A generous grating of fresh nutmeg
Sugar to taste (optional)
Combine the wine, lemon, orange, and spices in a pot over low heat and
cook, stirring occasionally, until the wine is hot but not boiling.
Sweeten with sugar if desired. Strain out the solids and serve
garnished with a slice of orange. Serves 4 to 6.
