He means: "The good news is that I'm going
to buy that new BMW, and the bad news is
that you're going to pay for it."
He says: "I'd like to have my associate work

He means: "You're making me no money and
he owes me a small fortune."
He says: "I'd like to try something new."
He means: "I'm trying to get fired and would
like to use you as a guinea pig."
He says: "If I don't call you back by next week,
give me a call."
He means: "I don't know what the hell to do.
Maybe you will forget until the policy runs out."
He says: "That's quite an extensive list of
losses."
He means: "I think I'm going to throw up."
He says: "This may take a little time."
He means: "Last week two of my clients
moved into retirement homes."
He says: "Well, what can I do for you today
sir?"
He means: "I can't remember your name,
nor why you called."
He says: "Everything looks great for your
policy."
He means: "I guess I can't buy that new
beach condo after all."
He says: "I'd like to check with my supervisor
on this first."
He means: "I can't figure out what's wrong
with these numbers. Maybe the new kid with
the degree knows what to do."
He says: "Do you want this claim submitted
before the loss is assessed?"
He means: "I think you're crazy and I hope
to find a psychiatrist who will split fees."
He says: "There is a lot of policies with those
kinds of problems going around."
He means: "May, that's the third one this week.
I'd better learn something about this."
