"Pregnant Fireman"

"Give me a sentence about a public servant,"
said a teacher.

The small boy wrote: "The fireman came down
the ladder pregnant."

The teacher took the lad aside to correct him.
"Don't you know what pregnant means?" she
asked.

"I sure do," said the young boy confidently. "It
means carrying a child."

"Morning Coffee"

A grandmother was surprised by her 7 year
old grandson one morning. He had made her
coffee. She drank what was the worst cup of
coffee in her life. When she got to the bottom,
there were three of those little green army
men in her cup.

She asked, "Honey, what are the army men
doing in my coffee?"

Her grandson answered, "Grandma, it says
on TV, 'The best part of waking up is soldiers
in your cup.'"

"Assault Rifles"

When my younger brother was three or four,
he over heard my father talking about assault
rifles. He came running up to me "Noel, Noel,
guess what!?" He said, eyes wide with
excitement. "I know what assault rifles are!"

I looked at him and said, "Really, what are they?"

He looked up at me as if I were stupid, put his
hands on his hips and said, "Duh, they shoot salt!"
