Turn everyday baked potatoes into a satisfyingly simple supper with the
help of Campbell's® Chunky™ soup. It's a fast and flavorful solution to
dinner dilemmas.

Chunky Chicken Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 5 min.

1 can (19 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Chicken Broccoli Cheese and Potato
Soup
1 cup cooked broccoli cuts
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Heat the soup and broccoli in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat
until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

2. Spoon the soup mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the cheese.

/Ingredient Note:/ To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a
fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or
until fork-tender.
Makes: 4 servings.
