Baked Pork Chops & Gravy
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min.
Bake Time: 20 min.
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons water
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge FarmŪ Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Turkey Gravy
1. Beat the egg and water in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Coat
the pork with the flour. Dip the pork into the egg mixture. Coat with
the stuffing. Place the pork onto a baking sheet.
2. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
3. Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it's hot
and bubbling. Serve the gravy with the pork.
Makes: 6 servings (1 chop each).

Serve these crusted pork chops with blanched green beans or
asparagus that's been drizzled with melted butter, salt and pepper. And
of course you'll need mashed potatoes to sop up all the gravy!
