Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

These casual, fork-and-knife sandwiches are great when you're looking
for a simple dinner that really satisfies. This is a recipe the family
will request often.

Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 10 min.

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Brown Gravy with Onions
12 ounces sliced roasted *or* deli roast beef
4 long hard rolls, split *OR* 8 Pepperidge FarmŪ Farmhouse Harvest Seven
Grain Bread

1. Heat the gravy in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to a boil.
Add the beef to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the
mixture is hot and bubbling.

2. Divide the beef mixture among the rolls.

Kitchen Clip
For added texture and flavor, toast the rolls or the bread before
assembling the sandwiches. Toasted bread also tends to soak up the gravy
better and resists falling apart.
