For a down-home dinner, you can count on pork chops! This simple recipe
is quick, easy and tastes just like Mom used to make.

Super Moist Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water

1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the
pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

2. Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce
the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is
cooked through.

Makes: 4 servings.

Kitchen Clip
It might be tempting to buy boneless chops, but the bone adds
flavor and helps keep the meat moist. Serve these with mashed potatoes
and steamed green beans for quintessential comfort food!
