They're quick, easy and just plain tasty. Served solo or with rice and
beans on the side, this is a fast and filling family fiesta!
*Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos*
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well
browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup and salsa in the skillet and cook until the mixture is
hot and bubbling.
3. Spoon *about 1/3 cup* beef mixture down the center of *each*
tortilla. Top with the lettuce. Fold the tortillas around the filling.
Serve with additional salsa.
Makes: 4 servings (2 tacos each).
Kitchen Clip For even cheesier tacos, assemble them with shredded
Monterey Jack or pepper Jack.
